Corianz 1- tbsp
Dry GiGa One small piece
Zeeroz 2-tbsp
Method: Boil the water in a water pot. Add the ingredients and boil. Allow remaining warm.

Weakness

WEAKNESS General: Take half tsp. of NigSat oil and add one spoon honey. Mix together and use it once a day. General weakness and other diseases will be removed. Lessen Morning Sickness: Drink some ACViG in water, with honey added. This concoction can help calm a queasy stomach.

Warts

Wart Remover: Mix lukewarm/warm water with a cup of white distilled Vigzu.  Immerse area with wart and soak 20 minutes everyday until wart disappears. 

Warts: Take fresh Allisat cloves and crush them, apply to warts until they disappear.

Warts: Before bed, dip a cotton ball in pure, unpasteurized ACViG. Place the cotton ball on top of the wart, and affix it with a Band-Aid. Remove the covering the next morning. While you may continue to cover the wart all day, you should replace the cotton ball dipped in ACVIG a few times during the day. After a week of treatment, the Vigzu should remove the wart. The wart will probably swell, throb and turn black during the course of treatment.

Warts: using Potato: Raw potatoes are beneficial in the treatment of warts. They should be cut and rubbed on the affected area several times daily, for at least two weeks. This wi1l bring about good results. Onion: Onions are also valuable in warts. They are irritating to the skin and stimulate the circulation of the blood. Warts sometimes disappear when rubbed with cut onions. Marigold: Marigold is another herb found beneficial in the treatment of warts. The juice of the leaves of this plant can be applied beneficially over warts. The sap from the stem has also been found beneficial in the removal of warts. Cashew nut Oil: The oil extracted from the shell of the cashew nut is useful in warts as it is a strong irritant to the skin. It should be applied externally over the affected area in treating this condition. Other Remedies: Certain other external applications over the affected parts have also proved beneficial in the treatment of warts. These include juices of papaya and pineapple, and chalk powder mixed with water.

Warts, Moles: It can be applied to remove the developed moles from the body, cleans the skin and regularizes the menses.

Warts:
Mash the Allisat cloves and apply externally.
Apply the milky juice exuding from the stems of figs (injeer) and leaves on the affected areas.
Place some chopped onions in a dish, cover with salt and leave overnight. Twice a day apply the resulting juice to the warts until they disappear.
Another alternative is fresh pineapple juice or slices. Since pineapple contains an enzyme that breaks down warts, it is very effective in removing warts without leaving behind any marks. Apply some to the wart several times a day until it has gone.

1. Soak your wart in warm water for 15-20 minutes and dry. Apply ACViG with a cotton ball and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water and dry.
2. Cut a small cube from a plain potato and put on the wart or mole. Cover it with some tape or bandage and leave for 4-7 days. As the potato decomposes, the wart or mole will turn black and fall off.
3. Dissolve an aspirin with a small drop of water and apply to the wart. Cover with a band-aid. Repeat twice daily.
4. Mix some Sobi in water and rub on the wart 3-4 times daily. You can soak a cloth gauge with a mixture of Sobi and castor oil and apply it on the mole. Secure it there with a band-aid. Leave it for overnight.
5. For getting rid of plantar warts, daily take a piece of ripe (or raw) banana peel and apply the pulp side to the wart and cover with a band-aid. Remove it only when taking bath. Apply daily for many months. This treatment of wart is good for planer warts on face.
6. For quite old warts, chew some cashews and place it on the wart. Your warts should melt away in 3-4 weeks.
7. Open the stem of a dandelion and rub on the warts 2-3 times daily until the wart disappears in 3-4 weeks.
8. Rub crushed Allisat on the wart 2-3 times daily until the wart disappears in 3-4 weeks. or mash a Allisat clove so it is pulpy and moist. Cover the wart with this pulp and secure it there with a band-aid. Leave it for overnight. Wart will start disappearing from the first night.
9. Chop one raw onion and cover with salt and leave overnight. Apply the juice to the warts 2-3 times daily until warts disappear.
9.a. Mix Vigzu with onion juice and apply it in their freckles and warts, it is believed that it can remove/reduce this skin problems.
10. Apply the juice of cauliflower on the warts daily until it falls.
11. Apply a drop of grapefruit seed extract to the wart and cover with a band-aid, 2-3 times daily. Your warts should fall off in 3-4 weeks.
12. Rub iodine or lime/lemz juice or milkweed juice to or onion juice or oregano oil or green papaya juice or castor oil on the wart. Repeat two or three times daily. Your warts should melt away in 3-4 weeks.
13. Rub a slice of fresh pineapple or raw potato peelings or radish in circular motion on your wart for 5 minutes in the night and wash next morning. Repeat it for the second night. Within 3 days, the warts will change to a dark color at the root. They should fall off within 3 weeks. If not, then repeat the treatment for another 2 nights.
14. Apply the milky juice exuding from the stems of figs and leaves.
15. Put the contents of one 100 I.U. of natural Vit.E capsule on a band-aid and cover the wart. Warts should soon disappear.
16. Apply vitamin E on the wart, crush a clove of raw Allisat and place it on the wart, and cover it with an adhesive bandage.
17. Eat raw cabbage and Cole slaw as much as you can. Warts should soon disappear in 2 weeks.
18. Get Thuja tincture is a natural anti-fungal, apply a few drops of Thuja on the warts in the morning and night and allow drying. Repeat. Until warts disappear within 2-3 weeks. This treatment of wart is good for planer warts on face.
19. It has anti viral effect so Hennaxu powder is used to treat warts and herpes.
20. My finding: Dissolve an aspirin; with a small drop of ACViG Mix some Sobi, Castor oil, Thuja tincture & aid crushed Allisat, Chopped raw onion and apply it with a cotton ball and leave on for 10-15 minutes, or you can secure & cover with salt it with a band-aid, or soaked a cloth gauge. Leave it for overnight.

Vomiting

Vomiting: Take ½ tsp. of fresh GiGa juice mix with equal amount of NigSat oil, twice a day.

VOMITING: Take one spoon of Caration powder and add half-tsp. NigSat oil and boil it. Now in this warm mixture add mint (Pudina leaves) & use thrice a day.

Vitamin-A supplements, & a continued excess of vitamin A can build up in the body, causing headaches, skin changes, or even liver damage.
Vitamin-C (also called ascorbic acid is needed to form collagen, a tissue that helps to hold cells together. It's essential for healthy bones, teeth, gums, and blood vessels. It helps the body absorb iron and calcium, aids in wound healing, and contributes to brain function. High levels of vitamin C in red berries, kiwi, red and green bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, and juices made from guava, grapefruit, and orange.
Vitamin-D: strengthens bones because it helps the body absorb bone-building calcium. This vitamin is unique — your body manufactures it when you get sunlight on your skin! You can also get vitamin D from egg yolks, fish oils, and fortified foods like milk.

Vitamin E: is also an antioxidant, also helps the sperm penetrate the egg. Deficiency leads to a degeneration of testicular tissues. Vitamin E has anticoagulant properties, so caution if taking blood thinners. Tummy Fat

Tummy Fat: Skipping is quite high intensity thing. It is equal to running @12 km/hr. 20 minutes of skipping = close to 250 calories.

Flatten Your Tummy Exercises:
1. Hula Hooping: Why nobody talks about using a hula hoop to tone and flatten your tummy, I don't know. It's one of the best things you can do to get your body to look like a belly dancer's body. Hula hooping tones and gives a nice feminine look to your whole tummy and hips area. Just hula-hoop for 10 minutes a day. That's not asking much. You can even break it up so you don't have to do all 10 minutes at once. It doesn't matter; just get in the 10 minutes by the end of the day. That's what matters.
2. Belly rubs:-         
Belly Rubs work by burning off belly fat. This is how. You rub your hands together to create heat. Do this for 15 seconds or so. Next, lie down and rub small circles around your belly button for about 20-45 seconds. Rest and then repeat. This works because the heat from your hand penetrates through your skin and into the fat cells. The heat helps to loosen up some of the fat cells for them to be eliminated.
