I Lost My Weight 28 Pounds in Few Months


OBESITY is an extra body fat. Males and females who having over 25% & 30% body fat respectively are considered OBESE.



HEALTH IN DANGER ZONE
As one’s weight reaches at the levels of "Obesity” or "Overweight” then his health may be in danger zone like Diabetes, Heart Problems, High B.P, Problems in: Liver, Breathing, Pregnancy, Sleep, and diseases like Gout, Arthritis, Reduced Motile Sperm count, etc. may be created. So, endeavor to shun obesity.

That's why I decided to reduce my obesity and over weight, when I decided to loose my weight then my weight was 211 pound & my abs was 115 cm. My weight has been reduced gradually as below:

DRINKING WATER  
I drank simple plane water and iced-cold water about 16 to 18 glasses daily because Water caused and causes my metabolism to burn calories faster. By doing this simple plane water and iced-cold water burned 25 and 8 calories extra respectively per glass more than routine. With the help of drinking water I reduced my weight and ab 25% out of the above result.

WALKING
I walked 75 minutes in morning, 40 minutes in the evening at the pace of 3.2 mile per hour, and 15-25 minutes walk before going to bed, because Walking makes the metabolism to increase. Walkers should drink a large glass of water an hour before walking, then drink about a glass of water every mile. When you finish walking, drink a glass of water.With the help of walking, I reduced my weight and ab 25% out of the above result.
