Skin: Internally: Take 1/2 tsp. NigSat seed oil 2-3 times a day. Externally: For a clear complexion, mix 1/2 tsp. of NigSat seed oil with a tbsp. of olive oil. Rub the face with this mixture and leave on for one hour. Wash with soap and water.

Skin burns: Apply ice-cold Vigzu right away for fast relief, will prevent burn blisters.
