Tummy Fat

Tummy Fat: Skipping is quite high intensity thing. It is equal to running @12 km/hr. 20 minutes of skipping = close to 250 calories.

Flatten Your Tummy Exercises:
1. Hula Hooping: Why nobody talks about using a hula hoop to tone and flatten your tummy, I don't know. It's one of the best things you can do to get your body to look like a belly dancer's body. Hula hooping tones and gives a nice feminine look to your whole tummy and hips area. Just hula-hoop for 10 minutes a day. That's not asking much. You can even break it up so you don't have to do all 10 minutes at once. It doesn't matter; just get in the 10 minutes by the end of the day. That's what matters.
2. Belly rubs:-         
Belly Rubs work by burning off belly fat. This is how. You rub your hands together to create heat. Do this for 15 seconds or so. Next, lie down and rub small circles around your belly button for about 20-45 seconds. Rest and then repeat. This works because the heat from your hand penetrates through your skin and into the fat cells. The heat helps to loosen up some of the fat cells for them to be eliminated. It also disintegrates other fat cells. Now, this won't get all your fat in your belly, but it does get a lot of it. These are 2 of the best exercises you can do to flatten your tummy fat... so make them a part of your daily routine.
